Refund policy

If you are buying this product as a gift, please be sure that you would use it yourself. We had a customer who bought a present for her daughter and the daughter disliked it. She didn't know what to do with it. So, now we tell people your gift may become yours so pick as if you were the recipient.

In regard to returns, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or we sent you an incorrect product. Given the nature that the product is food or skincare, we can't risk reselling it to anyone else since there could be possible contamination.

Please do not open the tamper seal if you received the wrong product. You can't return if you open the tamper seal.

If the product was damaged in shipping please keep the packaging so that we can notify our shipping insurer. If the product was damaged or the wrong product, please send a picture of the damaged product so we can see the damage.

Guidelines:

  • Returns are for defective products only
  • If we sent you the wrong product, Seller pays shipping 
  • If damaged, Buyer is responsible to provide Seller with pictures of the product so that Seller can accurately request reimbursement.  Buyer will not be required to return the product. 
  • Buyer must notify Seller of damage to the product or wrong product delivered within 14 days of receipt.
  • Seller will not accept exchanges of products due to the fact that we sell food any wellness products.
