Return Policy
If you are buying this product as a gift, please be sure that you would use it yourself. We had a customer who bought a present for her daughter and the daughter disliked it. She didn’t know what to do with it. So, now we tell people your gift may become yours so pick as if you were the recipient.
Returns
In regard to returns, we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective, or we sent you an incorrect product.
We don't exchange products given the nature that the product is food or skincare. We can’t risk reselling it to anyone else since there could be possible contamination.
Damaged
You must notify us within 10 days of receipt that your packages was damaged or defective.
We require pictures of the damage so that we can institute a claim. You can elect to receive a refund or a new item. Please do not discard the package until we receive a notification that your package is refunded.
Defective Products.
If it is defective, please show us a picture of how it is defective. You can either elect to receive a refund or a new product. We will not ask you to send back the product.
Stolen Package
We cannot be responsible if your package was stolen from your home or locker. We can provide you with the requisite tracking code if you unable to retrieve it from your order so that you can make a claim. All packages are insured but if the post office or carrier can prove that the package was left at your door or locker, they may not refund the lost package.
Lost Package
Please notify us within 7 to 10 days so we can put in either request to find your package and/or a lost claim for your package. Usually, a carrier requires 14 days for the package to be lost in order to receive a refund.
Sometimes a package is shipped to another location, and we can't retrieve it. This happened to one of our customers. It took 21 days to get to him because it was shipped to Puerto Rico instead of Philadelphia. You can elect either to wait or we will send you another package. We ask that you return the lost package to us and we will supply you with a mailing slip.
Or you can keep it and we will just invoice you for the old package.
Wrong Items
If we gave you the wrong items, we may send you a new mailing slip for the wrong items or just ask you to keep them.
Nevertheless, we will send you the right items.
We cannot accept any product that the tamper seal has been broken or the bottle has been opened. We need to see proof to that effect.
Please notify us within 14 days if you received the wrong items. Please also, send us a picture.
Refunds
If you elect for a refund, we endeavor to send it to you no later than 10 days of your request. Please realize all credit cards have varying times to when it will appear on your credit card as a refund.
